Scrappy Moms Stamps Terrific Tuesday Challenge for July

Hello everyone, thanks for spending a little time with me today! As you know I love Scrappy Moms Stamps and every month they have a Terrific Tuesday Challenge, that anyone can participate in. The theme for this month was Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star! Last month with the Writing on the Wall stamp set, one sentiment really stood out for me that would be a great graduation card and I just knew that I would add some stars in there. This is the stamp set:

Here is my card for this challenge:

I am really liking how this turned out and it was fun and easy to put together!
I used confetti cardstock for my base and some patterned paper from My Minds Eye, which was subtle and did not take away from the sentiment or the diecuts which are from the Cricut Lite cartridge Recess. Perfect for a grad of any age! Thanks for visiting today and have a great day!

This is the stamp set I chose to use today and here are my projects!

I love how this nautical theme paper goes so well with this set of stamps. I made a gable treat box, with the cute little crab on the front. Also since Scrappy Moms Stamps have lots of punny stamps, I decided to make a skinny notebook and add the pun "Forget Me Knot" on the front.

Happy 5th birthday Scrappy Moms Stamps http://www.scrappymoms-stamps.blogspot.com and thank you for allowing me to be the guest designer for June.

Guest Design Team project #2 for Scrappy Moms Stamps

Hello everyone, I hope your weekend was great! My family and I celebrated my grandson, Chase's 8th birthday at the water park this weekend. So I thought this card would be great for the occasion! It is also my second Design Team project for Scrappy Moms Stamps.

I had so much for making this card! I took some watercolor paper and made a fun background. I love the shark holding the number 8 and I think the sentiment which is from http://www.scrappymoms-stamps.blogspot.com is perfect for this card. I embellished the card with shimmer spray, sequins, twine and look at those googly eyes. I also made a matching tag.

I used another sentiment from this versatile and cute stamp set.

Thanks for coming by today and have a great day!

Freshly Made Sketches # 172

Bee Mine! February 9, 2015

Hello crafty people, I wanted to share my card with you that I made for the Freshly Made Sketches # 172 challenge. I had so much fun with this sketch and I see so many different ways that it can be created. I used ready made embellishments from K & Company, because I love embellishments and I have a lot of them and I need to use them to create something fun and cute!

This is the sketch for this week

Cute and simple, love this! Here is my version of this weeks' sketch.

Here are some of the other cards I made using this sketch.

Freshly Made Sketches #170

Freshly Made Sketches #170

Hi you guys, hope everyone is having a good day! Last week for the FMS, I had my card made and pictures taken and just needed to make my blog post. I was out grocery shopping and I didn't make it back home in time :(. But this week I am a little ahead of schedule. I love participating in these sketch challenges, because you get to use up some of your supplies and I love the keep it clean look.

I also like using paper pieced and dimensional embellishments on my cards, so this sketch is perfect for that!

I also made it in orange!

These cards will make the perfect birthday card, thinking of you card and a great congrats card!

Here is what I used to create it:
Cardstock- Michaels 110 pound cardstock
Patterned paper-Doodlebug
Foil paper- American Crafts
Dies-The Stamps of Life
Sentiment-The Stamps of Life
